Shipping policy

At Cosy and Sparkle, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. We offer two delivery options to suit your needs:

1. Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48)

Delivered in 2–3 business days with full tracking provided. This is a secure, reliable, and affordable option for non-urgent orders. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.

Please note: Delivery times may be slightly longer during peak periods such as holidays or sales events due to increased demand.

2. Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24)

Arrives in 1–2 business days, fully tracked from dispatch to delivery. A faster option with priority handling for when you need your order quickly. Deliveries take place Monday to Saturday.

While this service is generally fast, occasional delays can still occur during busy periods or unforeseen circumstances.

 

Order Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays, so please consider this when estimating delivery times.


International Shipping:

At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within the UK. If you need international shipping, please contact us at info@cosyandsparkle.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.


Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on your selected delivery method at checkout. Costs will vary depending on the delivery option chosen.

 

Shipping Delays:

While we aim to deliver all orders promptly, delivery times may vary depending on the postal service, your location, and external factors such as public holidays or adverse weather conditions. Please allow additional time for your order to arrive if you are ordering during peak periods such as holidays.

 

Lost or Damaged Items:

Once your order is dispatched, it is in the care of Royal Mail. If you experience any issues such as a lost or damaged package, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipping notification. We’ll work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
